Is there a common issue for this repair? Anyone have this issue before?

I think stuck intake runner. New intake manifold.

I think stuck intake runner. New intake manifold.

There should be repairs to the runners. Whether or not the solenoid, sensor, or valve needs to be replaced. Shouldn't just automatically need a whole new manifold every time I wouldn't think.
