Corsa Cat Back and Check engine light?

Just wondering,.... could a Corsa Cat Back Extreme cause the engine light to come on?

I've had the car for 4 months (check engine light never came on) 4 Days ago I put a Corsa Extreme Catback on, everything went well, car runs great, sounds awesome. Today, start car and pulled it out of the garage, washed the car, dried it, and moved the car back into the garage. Went to start the car 2 hours later, she started right up no problem, but the check engine light was on. Car was still running great. Took it out for a ride came back, shut off the car and restarted and the light went out.

I don't have the ability to check the codes,... but any ideas? Could the Catback system have caused this?

Cool beans, cuz I love this exhaust. On a side note, I looked in the engineering screen and there was no DTC code listed.
