Hello guys,
I've had a misfire this morning, car was running for a few minutes at intermediate speeds on open roads and was already into temperature (CHT around 87°C).
Then when I gave her a little bit more of throttle, progressing to warm her up good, I felt the engine misfiring and there was the CEL flashing.
It lasted a few second then disappeared, the car proceeded to warm up and the rest of the trip was perfect.
Parked the car, went for a stroll and when I came back the car run fine again. Tested the car in all conditions and no more misfires.
I checked and there are no store codes in any ECU, the only traces of a misfire I could find it was in the misfire monitor tables:
The only thing I did was to change the oil the past week (Mobil 1 X1 5W-30) with a new Ford FL-500 filter.
Any suggestion? Should I just observe if it happen again?
