I used a 50/50 mix in the spray bottle at the track rental last year. Which reminds me....note to self, go by Walmart on the way home and grab a few bottles of alcohol and distilled water for Bradenton and Orlando..lol.What was your alcohol to water mix the last time we went? 50/50?
I'm working this weekend, so no fun stuff for me..lol. I still need to get the new drag radials mounted anyway. I'll be down on the 2nd putting a few laps in on the new wheel/tire combo. Hopefully a few folks can make it out that night.Anyone up for Orlando Speed World tonight?

I think the gates open at 5, track goes hot at 6, run until 11. They usually close the staging lanes at 10:45 to make sure they have time to clear them out.what time on Wednesday, I work til 5p? But I wouldn't mind going... I'm going to give cobb a try and Adam. What are the prices, etc?
Ok....couldn't remember if it was gates 5, run at 6....or gates 6, run at 7. I'll be there early either way...line forms quick.Gates open at 6pm on Wednesday night.
I'll be sitting at the gate when they open..lol. Hoping I can trailer the car down so I don't have to do the wheel shuffle. If someone made locking lugs for the Race Stars, would just put them on and drive. If you are there early you can usually get 5 or 6 runs in before 7 and then it gets sloooow.
They ended up shutting everything down at 9:30 tonight. Couldn't get the lights on track to turn on [emoji19]
I can't make Wednesday's, but I'll try to get out there again in a couple weeks.
Thanks, I meant prices for the track. I should get my access port on Monday, and I also got the lifetime time tunes from Adam.I think the gates open at 5, track goes hot at 6, run until 11. They usually close the staging lanes at 10:45 to make sure they have time to clear them out.
Cobb runs 475-500, lifetime revisions with Adam is 250. It's a little more $$ than the SCT, but leaps & bounds ahead in flexibility/options. Just being able to data log at the push of a button, or switch map slots while driving along make it more than worthwhile. When my car got temperamental on the E30 tune because of the cold temps, flipped back to the 93L tune and all good. We've got the RGA tune pretty dialed in now, so hoping (knock on wood) for 11's on the new wheel/tire setup.
That's surprising; I've never known them to refund, just free entry the next time around. Not that I'm aware of. They refunded everybody.
