My present laptop remembers my password but I don't. I just got a new laptop and need to know what it is to sign in. I tried the password reset with no luck. Please PM me. Thank you. Charles.

It's likely your browser that remembers the password. The steps to recover it will depend on the browser you're using. In Firefox in Mac OSX, for example, I click on Firefox->Preferences in the menu, Click on the "Privacy & Security" thingy on the left side (there's a lock next to it), scroll down to "Logins and Passwords", click on the button to the right of that what says "Saved logins...", click "Show Passwords", et voila.

Thanks David. My browser is Google Chrome. I went to passwords.google.com > sign in > all accounts with passwords show up > click the eye and it shows the password.
