Correct, yes the driver side O2 was the one replaced. Idk about anti seize but that's only because I'm not familiar with what you're talking about on that.

Yes I used an OEM O2 Sensor. The extension I used as a replacement was the BBK O2 Extensions

If I replaced the O2 Extension wouldn't that be the harness? Or is there something else I need to buy for the extension harness? And if so can you link me to one please for a 16 Mustang GT? I've already replaced the O2 Extensions though if that's what you mean.

I'm running into this same issue, did you ever fix yours? I've already replaced the O2 sensor it says is bad, exact same one as yours, P2254. I've also replaced O2 extensions, no fix yet :/

So I'm looking into headers and I can't decide between Kooks Long Tubes 1-7/8 with 3" collectors or JBA Long Tube Headers. My current exhaust setup is, no cats, 3 inch piping up from the factory 2.5 inch, Magnaflow 12867 Mufflers, no H pipe, no X pipe, no resonators. I've done plenty of research...
