Hey, i am getting stainless works catted headers installed and was wondering if it would be safe to drive as long as i dont WOT for 6 days before my tuning appointment?

You'll be fine. Just don't go nuts and do WOT pulls. The fueling will be a little off. There is a slight chance you could throw a P0420 code while cruising at the same speed.
