My plan has been to build the car as reliable as I can while running boost from the Roush for some extra power/fun. I'm planning to swap injectors and install a BAP to run a custom tune for E85 by AEDHP soon.

But based on some threads, its recommended to delete them and seems like I might actually be having issues with my cats since I'm getting rattling noises from the exhaust. Now I'm considering replacing them too, ideally before the E85 tune.

I'm not interested in long tube headers or a full exhaust system. Since its loud, expensive and more than I need. Ideally some inexpensive catalytic converter delete, which are fine although louder. If I could just modify / hollow out the stock cats I'd be fine with that as well since its cheap. Or even some high performance CA legal cats that handle having a blower.

Appreciate any insight or recs. I've also reached out the AEDHP to get their opinion but intersted in hearing what other forum members have to say and their experiences.

If running e85 boosted you'll need to look at a full fuel system as well not just a BAP and injectors. Just keep that in mind when budgeting and planning your build.

We could take it to another thread im open to your advice but currently this was the setup recommended by Shaun from AEDHP.

By full fuel system I guess you mean +fuel pump and rails?

You might want to double check with Shawn. I doubt he's tuning you on e85 with boost with out a return fuel system.
