I just did mine today and the car has active exhaust and its pretty LOUD. I left the suitcase on and it sounds OK, A tad too raspy for me so i might just end up putting in a magnaflow true x resonated pipe.

Another thing i noticed was i lost low end drive ability. Seems like car has low end trq . I gonna log and get a revision. FIrst gear is useless now

Run E85, fumes won't be an issue. You'll still have a volume increase though. I like it though. I'm probably running the loudest setup (corsa extreme/stainless power catless headers) and I love it!

My catted long tubes still had a reasonably strong smell on 91 but non existent on ff (AZ doesn't have 93 or real e85). It is also quieter on ff than 91. Cold starts are still loud but nowhere near the brutality.
