I think it would look good. I also wish there were some gloss black painted plastic ones because that ABS plastic is going to go gray over time and look faded, old and bad after a few years.

All that and more might be available from Ford. I heard front carbon fenders with vents for lower drag and more front down force will be on the GT350. But the aftermarket probably wont be geared up with replacement parts for a year. The worst part is that they will just copy the stock stuff because that is easiest and they don't want to take a risk making the parts more aggressive.

When I get my car tinted I am seriously considering doing a vinyl wrap of all stock plastic aero pieces.

I love how the car has a nice stock lip and side skirts but the dull plastic might kill the look. I think a nice glass black or carbon fiber vinyl on those parts would look nice. Along with the 25% tints, black grill pony, black 5.0 badges and removal of the gt on the decklid.

The original question was real carbon fiber ground effects once they are released.

Absolutely if it is nicely done, properly finished, real carbon, functional pieces and not stupid money...sure I'd buy. I made many of my own designed pieces for my 2010 out of real carbon but it is ton of work and I am not going to do it again. I think carbon vented fenders like the GT350 is pictured with, side skirts, better diffuser, and a hood with vents NOT scoops are all going to be made sooner or later.
