Complete BS. $150 is the high end. I was quoted $135 which includes them taking the stock exhaust and disposing of it (instead of cutting it up at home, having to buy a cheap chain pipe cutter for $20 or so, and having to get the trashmen to take it in bulk pick-up)

you can't really void a warranty, but a dealer will do everything they can a lot of times to get out of paying the claim!

Love to other than live in a tight 1 car garage townhouse. Some people have no garage or a condo. Not an option for a lot of us.

Exactly, Ford pays the dealer. Dealers dont care what you do to the car aftermarket, they are only concerned they can get Ford to pay them and justify the repair. That's why some aftermarket parts matter more than other. A catback for instance can probably be left off their report; something like fuel injectors for instance obviously would appear in diagnostics due to fuel flow numbers being different.

that was my situation as well which is why the person picked it up at the shop the same day i had it done.
