The car bogged a little on 1st start up, but drove fine for about 15 miles being easy on it. I got into the throttle a little on the highway, maybe 50%. Parked the car for 5 minutes.

2nd startup was better than the first, thought everything seemed good enough to give it more throttle. Got into it hard in 1st gear and the car just shut off around 5-6k rpms. There were no loud bangs or pops. I coasted into a parking lot.

Popped the hood and everything looks like it should. Now car won't start. It turns over and kind of starts for a second and then just bogs out.

I am thinking it may be vacuum related, but not sure why that would cause it to shut off in the middle of a hard pull. Second thought is it is not getting fuel.

Edit: I was datalogging when it happened, haven't had a chance yet to see if it saved the log.

Any ideas?

All vacuum lines and charge pipes are still in place and look good. I was thinking maybe the fuel pump went out, but when I crank it there is a moment where it starts, just for a split second. When I pull the fuel pump fuse it will not start at all. So I figure if the fuel pump were bad it would be the same way.

And my datalog didn't get saved, so no help there.

From what I can see it looks normal. I just got the car to start by turning on the key (start button) with engine off and holding the gas pedal down for a couple seconds. Then I cranked it and and ran with a really rough low idle for about 10 seconds and the exhaust smelled so strong of fuel it choked me out.

Also, I pulled a spark plug and it was very wet with fuel.

My bet is still on the charge piping
What do you mean? It is easy for me to see it is all connected. Do you mean a leak at one of the connections?

Oh well you have a lot of air coming in after the MAF. Happy hunting.

Make sure the maf is orientated properly. I had this problem where it wouldn’t start
I am thinking the problem is MAF related, but it's odd that the car died instantly under hard acceleration. The MAF sensor can only be installed in one orientation. It is installed in the intercooler on this kit and I am wondering if maybe the tune Procharger sent is for the MAF in the inlet tube.

There's not much after the MAF. It is in the outlet side of the intercooler.

I'm starting to wonder if one of my cats somehow came apart or got clogged.
