Which would explain why almost every Porsche owners are begging to get manuals back. Make the GT350/350R only auto and see what happens

yeah, i know... Porsche realized they were missing some big money when they release the 911R.... that's why the 991.2 gt3 came with the option of the 6 speed manual (fuck the 7 speed)... same with the speedster. but the top dogs only come with PDK... gt3rs, gt2rs, turbo and turboS... because no human can beat the PDK.

in my house, 2 out of 3 cars are stick... i don't think i wanna live without a manual transmission car in my house... but, new generation automatics are the future and there's nothing we can do about it... more fun? yes... faster? no...

Are you referring to launching a manual car? If that is what you are talking about, sounds like you are dumping the clutch, try slipping it a bit and you will not bog the engine as much.

I have been driving manual transmissions for over 60 years. The thrill is long gone. The car can do it better without my help. My BMW is manual, my GT is the A10.

Autos can handle more horsepower than manuals nowadays. That's the main reason.

Beats me, I got mine with the anti-millennial theft prevention option. Judging by the posts of EB owners with the a10, they seem to like it a lot. As usual, a lot of them say it's better with an aftermarket tune.
