So I have contacted several Mustang suppliers and no one, thus far, has any idea when a real 2015 Mustang car cover will be available.

Does anyone out there have a line on one? I have to park Katie underneath a freeway at times and want to cover her on those days.

Also... sunscreens for the windshield?

Oh the joys of zero-day merchandise. :)

Thanks in advance!

If you don't want to wait for retail covers to become available, there are plenty of custom fabric shops that would be happy to make you a bespoke cover based on the car's dimensions. I don't know how much it would cost -- somewhere less than $5,000.00, I'd assume.

I'm guessing, then, that there are no retail covers available? Was hoping someone may have better info than I do.

Well, I figure that a nicely tailored bespoke suit will run you about $2,000.00, and a car cover has a lot more cloth than a suit.

I didn't realize that CJ Pony Parts had covers already for sale. Amazon just has generic covers that won't really fit.

Is it as pictured?

Did it fit well? I'm going to need one.
It is as pictured. I also ordered the oversized bag. No way I will spend the time to cram it in the bag that is provided.

If you can ask Ford to get my car here already I can tell you how it fits! Nine days left in my countdown. So I will hopefully know soon. :)

I mainly bought it for work. There is a chance of paint over spray from construction in the area. I thought the black one would only make the heat even more unbearable here in the south. I had a similar one for my truck and it worked just fine. It got wet a few times but dried quick enough.

i have ordered from car covers direct. got three from them and great prices, service and shipping.

we love and use the cover craft dustop. the best to keep dust out, super soft inside, a snug fit and it would really help protect for dings or depree that may fall on. good luck!

Jimmy, between your $50k interior, $5k car cover, and something else I can't remember you priced out in left field wtf man? Who in their right mind would even consider a $5k car cover?
