2018 MT82.
Long story short, I broke 3/4 gear shift fork and finally after 3 months, Ford put a new trans in. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had and will never take my car back there.
I noticed when I got the car back, the reverse lockout was very loose and wiggling around. I pulled the reverse lockout off and saw that Ford forgot to put the small plastic white washer back in. Does anyone know if that's something available through Ford?
Attached are the pictures of what I'm looking for. I've searched everywhere and can't find a part number.
