It appears my V6 2016 mustang has some negative camber. Was this originally from the factory, or was this adjusted by a previous owner?

How much is "has some negative camber"? -0.7 to -1 is factory spec I think. Is the car lowered? That would give some additional camber.

Unless camber bolts or camber plates are used, there is no adjusting front camber.

I’m not sure how much there is. I can just tell by looking at the rear end that the wheels are cambered.

Ah - the rear! The rear is technically adjustable (although a PITA). Anywhere from 0 to -2 factory, also depends if it's lowered. So some camber is normal and wanted.
