Washer is part of bolt and engages in raised parts on struts. Again this bolt is for a 2014 and earlier, not sure if it would work with s550. It came with Ford suspension kit, along with Caster bolts!!! Even if this particular example is for the earlier generation, I'm sure it's similar for the present cars.
