I had this issue on my Tundra. I unpaired the phone from the truck and truck from phone, restarted both and re-paired, all is good now. I'd start with that.

I just know for everything electronic if it doesn't work, always number#1 step to try is tech support favorite statement "Restart and reset your device". I Always tell them first thing, I already did it 100 times that's not the problem, what's your next solution?
