I'm not sure how quick it's updated, but you can search for GT350R's using Ford's online dealer inventory search. It includes ordered cars that haven't arrived at dealerships too:

Apparently there's a GT350R in stock at Fox Ford of Chicago and one in order at Gordie Boucher Ford in Kenosha, WI. I used Chicago's zip code (60606) with a 100 mile radius when I did a search.
