Installing the steeda bump steer kit tonight and was wondering if anyone else that has done this has any tips or tricks to have the toe aligned as close as possible. I'm going for an alignment friday but wanted to get this done today.

How many washers did you use top/bottom?

Any macgyver techniques for dialing in the front toe until I get it professionally done?

Thanks

Parallel strings stretched over jackstands, one string on each side of the car. There's at least a couple methods of ensuring that they're close enough to being parallel.

Measure offsets to the front and rear at the wheel flange and the distance between those measuring locations. Then do the arctan trig. This will be an individual toe, so you do have to measure both sides to get a total toe.

With a little care and enough patience, it's possible to do a good enough job such that in cases not involving bumpsteer correction you won't need a professional alignment.
