Build Week 6/1

Picked her up today. The combination of torrential downpour, bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic, 11 years since I last owned a manual transmission car and two of my sons in the car with me made for a pretty nerve-racking 40 minutes to get her home. I did get to "open her up" (lol, about 50% throttle) for a couple of seconds, and yeah, I think I'm going to enjoy this car. A lot.

Congrats B.Crowder!! Mine was dropped off yesterday as well, going to go inspect her today. Too bad we have torrential rain slated for a lot of this week as well, enjoy the ride!!

Yeah, a lot of things are a bit off. The worst I could find was the rear fascia/fender joint(?). Fascia is pushed in a couple of millimetres at the wheel well and pushed out a couple of millimetres by the back corner. I came from owning import cars exclusively, so I'm going to cut the car a bit of slack. Whether this bias is fair or not, I can live with it. I imagine it's like dating a supermodel; sometimes you have to put up with the little idiosyncrasies to enjoy the good stuff.

The thudding of the M/T on the other hand...that might be a different story.

Yeah, the thud is annoying... I get it in first 3 gears

I guess 4/6 to 7/20 should do the trick.

Is there a fix timing for vessels leaving Baltimore to European Harbors ?
Do you know to how many harbors they are shipping to? or is it centralised somewhere and put on a truck from this spot on...?

My car is showing on COTUS with the build complete date being June 5th, but unfortunately because I am still overseas for the military, I won't be picking it up until early September. The wait is pure torture! :headbonk:

same here, built last thursday and still awaiting shipment. my edd just got pushed back to the 24th :(

I'm dying over here! Cmon ford, get these cars to us already! This is insane

Four days? Try 52 days and counting! (I waited four weeks after build completion, got tired of waiting, and bought a different car from a different dealer). I've had that car for 3 1/2 weeks already, and my ordered car is STILL sitting in Flat Rock.

DAMN!! That sucks! I wonder what could possibly cause that. Hopefully you found one very close to what you were looking for.

I sure hope that is a one in a million problem. Today my car isn't found in COTUS A or B and I haven't heard any response to a couple PM's to FordService since last week, so I'm a bit worried.

I'm guessing that www.cotus.ford.com is load balanced across the two other sites below. When my car disappears from one it usually shows correctly on the other. But, www.cotus.ford.com could be a third instance. I just know when my order isn't found on one I check the other two. It usually shows somewhere.
