Build week 5/18/15

Cotus is now showing 0 days until delivery. I don't understand why I at least can't get an update as to when it is expected to leave the plant.

I'm in the same boat as you, my EDD went to 0 on Saturday and then disappeared. I no longer have an EDD and the only update I can get is that it's going to leave soon. This is my first experience with ford. :frusty:

I finally brought her home yesterday afternoon! I love this car.. sooooo much attention .. making friends with the nieghbors now as they come out to check out my white beast.

The best part is .. body wise ... she is perfect! All body panels rear window etc etc( A topic that plagued my mind the whole time waiting for delivery).
Only issue i have found so far (which i missed when going through the car before delievery) was what looks like something rubbed up on my RPM cluster and there is what appears to look like a 3 inch scratch under the "Zero" on the tachometer. Driving me nuts but i believe theres a quick solution to cleaning it up. OTHER THAN THAT!

Well dont feel bad. I actually work for a dealer and cant get any more of an update than "soon" out of anyone either. So nothing is being witheld from you, thats for sure. I can say with confidence that it is definitely the factory/custom order process and tracking system that is flawed.

So tempting to just give up and buy an in-stock unit but i keep telling myself that the wait will be worth it since there are no mustangs configured like my order in a 200mi radius. Coupled with the peace of mind that no one else will have driven my car other than me.

Same here, I was ready to buy one but couldn't find one with the setup I wanted from florida to the Carolinas. I considered changing what options I was willing to accept but I like the idea of knowing it hasn't gotten abused on test drives before I got it. But this is getting crazy. Coming up on a month that it's been built and just sitting there.

Mine is still at the rail yard and has not been loaded on the truck even though the dealership called them again yesterday about it. I'm really starting to get a bit ticked off at the whole process. I probably should of just settle for something on the lot.
