I think this time I will go with Sherwood Ford. A friend had a good experience there and they are a high volume dealer. They are willing to sell at invoice price and have lots of allocation. I'm almost tempted to put in two orders this time and just cancel which ever one shows up last...although that would probably cost me a deposit...

I bought through Sherwood Ford. They are alright, still a dealer by all regards so unless you know someone personally you still need to be meticulous with your order and pricing. I just wish they weren't so far from my house. I need to have the bumper stone guard re-done but it's such a pain to get a ride to work if I drop it off.

I went with them because they actually gave me what I wanted for my trade-in.

So Ford Canada called me about the car I said I wanted to cancel.
They said there was a problem with the window sticker that caused the car to go into a hold. The window sticker has now been fixed and my car is now ready to ship. Does that sound at all plausible, or is it a load of BS?

A mix up between the VIN and the window sticker/car? I mean, I'm no Ford Tech, but it seems plausible. Wouldn't think it would take this long to figure it out though.

Yeah. I'm on the fence about believing them. He said any issue at all and they can't ship it, so it goes into a holding lot which can quickly be backloged even for such a simple mix up....now I have to decide if I should reorder or just accept this one

Yes they are, I got them from lethal performance. Install was pretty easy and I did not drill the 2 holes they suggested, they are held down plenty firmly with the factory hardware not needing the extra holes in a brand new car

Yeah I was looking at the install manual and drilling definitely turned me off...glad to know you don't actually have too

Well my canceled order has now gone into 'In Transit'
My dealer said they will let me know when it comes in, incase I want to un-cancel.
ETA is May 11th. Am I the last one left from the 3/9 build week?
