If you retain the IMRC plates it should idle exactly like stock. Driving my car you wouldn't be able to tell anything has changed until you get over 6k rpm.
However my car is a manual.
Does anyone know if its possible to change the RPM at which the premium cluster flashes red when you get to the 'redline'
That thing turning red when you pass 6500 is weak when you're revving to 7700 lol.
I would put money on the PNP harness being the cuplrit if you're using one..
Cut the female end off, hardwire it I bet the codes are gone.
From my conversations with the guys at lund, only 1 guy whos hard wired it got a code and thats because he messed up the wiring order. Everyone else...

VMP performance just posted their graph today on tuning tuesday live stream.
They are a very reputable shop so I'd trust their results.
Gained 23 rwhp peak and much more than that above 7k rpm.. no tq loss.
They specifically mentioned that they could have squeezed a little more out...
I've seen dynos anywhere from 10-20 N/A but, I said way back in I think this thread, if it only gains 10 hp peak but 1000+ more RPM on the top end I'm thrilled for 300 bucks :thumbsup:
and then we know it'll gain 40-60 hp up top on a blower setup when we get there. :thumbsup:
Lund tuned here as well no codes.. I hard wired the pigtails and used EOD techs Y harness.
Decided to hard wire the pigtails since so many people are getting codes related to those, figured the little bit extra work while I had everything open was worth it so I dont have to go back in and...
Got mine on the car today, vac hoses look a little janky but I'm going to go buy some 90 deg fittings and get rid of some of the looping hoses next week.
