cotus is so unreliable, i dont even have an EDD on it anymore

COTUS said 3/26. But my dealer called on 3/20 and said its sitting in the parking lot! :headbonk:

okay, so strange thing. COTUS is showing my car was delivered on 02/25. called the dealership but nothing. Sent Jeff a PM regarding the matter but he's also telling me according to his system it was delivered on the 25th. he says it doesn't even show in his system anymore which is something that it does when a car was finally delivered... Called back to the dealership after hearing this information from Jeff but dealership is telling it isn't there and when they try to pull it up on their tracker, its no longer showing... they can't track it anymore as well.... He said something about since its a sold item, it no longer gives tracking on sold cars... So I just don't know. My car is lost in limbo

Apparently mine is in IL as of this morning. Definitely a slow moving train, it was in IN two days ago.

Hearing stuff like this surprises me on how well customer service works for Ford, both in the official ford and dealer sense. How in the world does a company say it is delivered and the dealer say its not there.

Hello Everyone!

Great news from a fellow Canadian! According to COTUS, my car has finally shipped after being on the production line for 2 weeks and awaiting shipment for a week. Thank God the holdup is done

Still waiting here....COTUS EDD is now three days. Hope it's right this time, or that the car shows before then.

Update: mine is now off the train in the hands of the car haulers. Down to the last hours....

COTUS.. Why do I bother. Now 3 weeks awaiting shipment, but EDD is still 4/5. Seems like there is still a possibility of seeing this by the end of the week of 4/5.... Who knows.

My car has disappeared from COTUS.

It's either in a holding lot waiting for a truck, or on a truck now. Only about a two hour trip from where it got off the train to me.

I stalked my dealership this morning on the way to work, no sign of it yet.

Delivered but not there?

"Keith": Check with your dealer to find out the name of the car hauler that does their deliveries. Call the hauler company and find out what other dealership deliveries were on that truck. I bet the hauler dropped off your car at another dealership (they even deliver on Sundays). The hauler company then states that the car was delivered (by mistake) and Ford removes it from COTUS. You could then check with the other dealer(s) and see if they have an extra Mustang on their lot.

I cannot believe it has been almost a month since my car was built, and I'm only 11 hours from Flat Rock.....

GUYS GUYS GUYS! Its here its here omg someone pinch me!

Its at the dealership, going to probably get it on Saturday! I'm so happy.

Some quick issues I noticed was the trunk was slightly higher than fenders and rear window is misaligned. I don't know if I wanna get them to fix that right now, I'll deal with it later I just want it lol!
