Same here. Classic Ford information distribution. God forbid they be communicative and tell us what in the hell is going on. I don't even know what I'm going to do if this doesn't get fixed this week. I'm moving next Friday so who knows...

This sucks guys. I was contempt with waiting until this week, but once I heard rumors of December 14th is when I had it. Have any of you had any luck with looking for a car similar to yours?

Same, man. I just wanted a definitive date, then they pushed that back too. It ticks me off to no end. My car is pretty "unique" in the sense that it doesn't have stuff that sort of comes standard on other GT Premiums. I didn't want Nav because I have unlimited data on my phone, and Apple CarPlay is coming out which will integrate it into the dash anyway. Plus I have Redline interior which is apparently pretty rare on dealer configured cars. Not to mention the 3.55 gears. Dealers just outfit cars for people who want the car and not the specific options which is economically viable on their part but a hassle for guys like us that are looking for specific load outs.

The redline interior is killer, just hold on a few more weeks I guess...if you can. A few more weeks...a few more weeks. Repeat with me: a few more weeks.....

Yeah, just got off the phone with customer service. They apparently have no contact with corporate and said they would get in contact with the dealership. Even after I insisted that calling the dealership would be pointless, they called them and proceeded to call me back and tell me exactly what the dealership has been telling me: nothing at all. They then told me to wait for more information from dealership and corporate. It's like the damn Groundhog Day.

Been there. Just as advice I would say just forget about it until your car gets delivered. Its like you can't help it and you get OCD...lol. But yeah, time is money and dealing with Ford you lose.

Ford seriously lacks on the customer service department. They really have a flawed communication system.

I'm fine with waiting except I'm moving 1,300 miles away in under two weeks, and I need to light a fire under someone's ass or I'm walking away. Shitty part is I got my MBRP Street installed last week, but I'm willing to walk away from that and my deposit just to be done with this god-awful mess.

If you walk away don't just give away your deposit. You didn't get the merchandise so why would you pay for it? If you buy something in eBay or Amazon and it wasn't delivered would you be OK with giving your money away? Me? ohhhh hell no.

The dealer would come up with the lame excuse..."but but its a special order, we are not going to be able to sell it, we will take a loss" all that is bull.

No delivery = give me my money back.

Business is business.

You're absolutely right. That's why I paid with my credit card. It's just an indicator of how fed up I am, but I would honestly never just give that money away.

As I posted earlier, I got tired of waiting. I used Autotrader to look for a replacement. I ended up finding almost exactly what I ordered. The one that I found had navigation (which I didn't special order because I have unlimited data and find it easier to use my iphone Nav than any in dash system I've ever used.) The one I found also had the PP which was very important to me. I had to drive 300 miles to buy it though.

I'm very happy and I'm actually glad that I got the Navigation. I gave Ford a chance to deliver the one that I ordered but in the end, I paid a bit more and got more. I hope you all get your cars but it doesn't hurt to see if you can find it elsewhere.

I walked away from the $100 deposit I left. I figured we'd call it even since my dealer gave me a loaner car for a month.

Yeah, I couldn't find one configured like mine or close to mine within the continental United States. I'm glad you found one though. Props, dude.
