It is bolted down, I had to drill holes. My car was spoiler delete, if you have another spoiler, there is a good chance this spoiler won't cover the existing holes. Andy

That is the OE California Special spoiler. Some have reported that there is a difference between the coupe and vert versions. I bought one from a CS Vert owner who changed to an aftermarket spoiler and it fits my Vert fine. I don't know if anyone has been successful with an aftermarket version...
