I agree, it isn't the dealers and it isn't Deysha or any other customer service rep. I am sure they are telling us everything that they are authorized to. I am frustrated with Ford...I honestly think the dealers tell us everything they know. Ford on the other hand should invest in an online tracking system. It is not hard, they just haven't made it a priority and don't seem to care. Cotus works for 2015s, it is not hard to code it to work with 2016s.
I was an owner of a VW affected by the emissions scandal, maybe I am being overly sensitive.
