Is there a way to get the actual date?

I believe is a build week what people are referring. Mine will be build sometime in the June 4th week. I got that information from the Ford Performance chat, but it doesn’t show in my Cotus.

You can see the actual build ‘day’ by going to the Ford ETIS website and inputting your VIN. It will tell you the date in day, month, year format.

^Might be the only usable feature of ETIS. OP, didn't you save your window sticker? It's on the top. As a remote option, owner.ford will show a date that the SYNC software was loaded. For me, it was the day after final assembly.

I have my window sticker and I see no build date on the top. Can you be more specific please?

I can see one at the bottom. at the end of some code there is a clear date separate from the code

Sorry was thinking of the blend date. That's at the top.

But I did try the Etis site. That gave me 5/3/2018. I think that must be in non-US format as that would be in the future. So I guess that is March 5, 2018.

The software load date on Sync is 4/6/2018.

Ford ETIS has a decent amount of info if you have signed up to get a user ID. It contains all info about your car as built, last time any modules were updated, recalls, etc.

Also to note, Special Order window stickers are green, where as regular window stickers are blue.

At the bottom of your sticker there should be a date. My date is 02-26-18. That's the day my car went into production. It completed production on March 12th according to Ford Cotus. Just type in your VIN # at www.cotus.ford.com

I just put my vin into the cotus site and got this "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again."

The date on my sticker is 02 27 18, and I was told by my salesman that the car was built March 7th.
