I would like to run flex fuel or e85. I have a procharged 16 gt. I already have dw95 injectors. What is my best option for the rest? Looking for something easy to put together without having to buy a million things and hack it together. Budget friendly as well.

For a good reason. Try Lethal for a fuel system. I think they have one on the cheap.

A Sai Li or one of our Level 1 systems would work great for you.

@yote41 Lethal does have the best planned out fuel system kits on the market. For pumps I would recommend dropping the extra 10 bucks for the F900000274 pumps instead of the F900000267 pumps, make sure you get an ethanol approved fuel filter.

Whatever you do DO NOT BUY THE SAI LI POS. Sai Li system is a gt350 hat that has a hole drilled in it for a return line. It has gt350 pumps which could not be used to filter a 5 gallon fish tank and it re-uses the OEM fuel line which is beyond trash. Do not piss away your money on this garbage.

stock fuel hat with a walbro 525lph pump and a BAP along with those injectors on e85 should be good for around 675-700 whp
I agree 100%. Just look at the stock hellcat/demon fuel system. Nothing special there and it's feeding BIG SUPERCHARGED CUBES.

Yes Sir. Never understood why some tuning companies want you to buy 3G worth of fuel system for 700 or so whp That'll fill an swimming pool in a hour.

The stock 3/8” fuel line can easily support 600 HP given sufficient psi. With a big enough fuel pump a 3/8” steel line could support 1000 HP. Obviously there's variables to that (total length of lines / injector size / yada yada).

Very basic examples for horsepower needs:
500 hp (E10) x .0800 = 40.00 gph
800 hp (E85) x .1060 = 84.80 gph

As always check logs ! Specifically B1 & B2 short term trims !!

The tuners do this because of experience. They've all seen their fair share of issues when customers install their own aftermarket pumps in the factory fuel hat. There's also been issues with some other budget setups out there. Rather than it coming back to them when an engine blows from this they recommend the stuff they know works and doesn't have issues.

Trust me the last thing a well known tuner wants is an engine failure. So they do what they can to make sure the chances of that happening doesn't exist. If it means turning someone down because they don't feel the customer has an adequate fuel system they won't hesitate to do so.

Hope that explains it a little better from the tuners perspective.

Yes Sir I realize that. I also realize that customers aren't always forthcoming with what they have, can't follow instructions especially for logging, etc., and some tuners want a safety net, which is fine.

Yeah don't get me wrong... as soon as I can swing the bill, i'll be upgrading my fuel system to use more quality items. I have a CPE fuel hat sitting here just gotta get the funds to get the rest.
