Broke Rear Camera Harness Clip

I was removing my deck lid since it looked to be not flush to try and align it again. While pulling the deck lid off I pulled too hard and the clip on the harness that secures the harness to the camera broke off and the harness came off the camera. I can plug the harness back into the camera and it works fine, but it is not secure since the plastic piece on the harness that clips into the camera is no longer there.

Can this be fixed or do I need a new harness?
