Tell them about the TSB. Mine were replaced without any issues at all.

Ditto - in & out, no aggravation at all. Try a different dealer if you have to, but it's a recognized problem.

Yes. Check this forum for the TSB number... I waited for 11-12,000 miles to take mine in - longer until I'll have to replace them again
The TSB is for new pads and rotors.
