squeaky brakes

has anyone noticed a high pitch squeaking noise when applying the brakes. I have the competition package, so I have the brembo brakes. The car only has 15k miles, so I don't think i've worn out the brakes so quickly. Car has never been tracked or anything.

They squeak because the pads are cold...You should notice when heated up, they are quiet. It doesn't bother me and I'm also in the same neighborhood of your mileage.

A good bit of folks with the 6 pot Brembo setup have complained of noise. There are many, many threads on this topic, too.

Mine dont squeak so far (only 500 miles) but they do groan once in a while.

I have 13k on my car after 19 months of ownership and have had zero noise issues with the 6 piston Brembos.

mine squeeked since 500 miles, and now are groaning at 1000k. I need to set up a time to bring them in they should not be like this.
