I will double check this but I don’t think it could be that since I only hear the rubbing at really slow speed and even more when I brake the last 30ft before I come to a stop
Could be tires. Is it a new thing?

So I put my front winter tire/wheels on and went for a ride, noise was not present. Talked to guy I know at Midas and he says I have a bad tire. He said the inside webbing of the tire has gone bad, WTF! Never heard of this. Big wast of time doing brakes but live and learn I guess.

I've had this happen before.

So what would you do?
Live with it for one more season, or is it dangerous as in it could blow out.
Replace all 4 staggered setup that only has maybe 15-20k miles on them? Seems like a waste of money
When I replace, I won’t go nitto again, probably firehawk Indy 500’s like you

I'd replace fronts. Replace the rears when they're done (probably in 5-10k miles).

I thought It’s not good to have different tread patterns front and rear?

Not ideal but as long as they're of similar performance and are the same category tire it's fine. Indy 500s would fit that description.
