I'm going to remove my front and rear calipers (PP calipers in front) to paint them with a G2 kit, as well as install some new brake pads and flush the fluid with Motul RBF600. I know I can do this with the calipers on the car, but if I'm installing new pads, and flushing the system, anyway, I might as well remove them and do it right.

Anyway, does anyone have a part number for the crush washers for the front and rear calipers? I looked through the forum, on Rockauto, and on Levittown Ford Parts, but I don't see anything specific. Also, will I need new banjo bolts? Any time I've removed calipers completely, it was to install brand new calipers, which came with banjo bolts and crush washers.

TIA!

You can reuse the banjo bolts. I have had zero issues using the crush washers multiple times on many of my vehicles but your should be able to pick some up from AutoZone or the like. They are only size specific by diameter so just bring a take off one with you to match up.

I tried that before and they did not carry the size I wanted. I ended up buying a bmw oil filter from Walmart that came with the same exact size copper crush washer.
