Def looks like there is an issue with that bank 1 exhaust cam phaser. Have a look at this vid from AED.

I’m going to start a new thread no way anyone is reading all this 😭😂

It could just be that phaser didn't lock in the mid position. If you could spin the cam a quarter turn in both directions I bet it would lock like the others have. If it doesn't I'd be inclined to agree there is something up with that phaser.

I don't remember any of my phasers being "loose" when I had my motor apart, but I wasn't really checking for it either.

Is the sound you're hearing now the reason why you tore it apart in the first place? What parts have changed since it ran normally?

I tore it apart to upgrade to boundary oil pump gears and the sprocket that all I did I never even touched the phasers
