Looks like I didn't get much from the person I bought the long tubes from, what do I need for install? They're bare uncoated, have both catted and non catted mid pipes. Plan to install my corsa sport and these at the same time.

o2 extensions and perhaps cylinder head hardware. I'm not sure if you can reuse the factory studs (for fitment issues) with those headers. You can reuse your stock manifold gaskets.

I re-used 5 factory studs on the passenger side and 7 factory studs on the driver side. I re-used the stock gaskets. I did not need the rear o2 extensions. I bought my headers used as well and had to buy front o2 extensions since the previous owner lost his. The ARH AC bracket was not lost and it does a good job so I removed the stock bracket and bolt completely.

I just installed longtubes on my car, although they were a different brand and I did not need O2 extensions at all. The rears and passenger front had plenty of length. On the driver's side front all I had to do was move a couple of the wire ties that were holding that wire to the block and slide them down the wire. I was also able to reuse all of the stock studs.

For the most part, automatics do not need the extensions. Manual cars will due to different body harness.

Thanks a lot guys, all great info.

What seems strange is when you purchase these headers new, they do no specify auto vs manual trans, so I am assuming they all come with extensions and auto guys just don't need them?

Also when you guys mention "not using some of the stock studs" what do you use in their place? Do the headers come with bolts or studs?

not using some of the stock studs means using the provided bolts. The headers come with bolts. I went with using as many OEM studs as I could for peace of mind.

Got it, anyone know the bolt dimensions or thread pitch on the stockers?
