I wouldn't leave the dealership without demanding a new battery, at least get it in writing that they'll replace it for free at your 1st service. Regardless of miles, a 4 year old battery is still a 4 year old battery and near the end of its life.
I bought my 2015 in 2019 with only 7k miles, and I completely forgot to ask about the battery even though that was one of a few "must haves" on my mental list to ask for. 6 month later I tried to start the car one morning and all I got was click click click..... As a used car, the 3/36 factory warranty was done, so not only did I have the inconvenience to deal I had to pay for the new battery out of pocket. As a new car purchase your full warranty should be in effect and cover a faulty battery, but why wait for it to fail (which it will) and have to deal with that headache?
