Boostworks refusing shipment of kit

Well back on here to complain about Boostworks. Travis said that my kit was ready in stock to ship. I've had a buyer who has paid for the kit and Travis is refusing to ship.

If anyone knows Travis or is near Boostworks could help in getting this kit shipped out by stopping at his shop in person would be greatly appreciated and will be willing to tip 100.00 for any effort.

I'm doing what I can to avoid going to court for both of our sakes but Travis has blocked all means of communication and is not cooperating.

The buyer paid me via PayPal. I've made it very clear that payment was made and have given Travis the shipping information which he has confirmed and even called the buyer and said that he was going to have it shipped out at the end of the week 2 weeks ago. He is now ignoring both the new buyer and I

Personal reasons? Lol, no. He was kicked off because of repeatedly screwing over forum members.

Kit is fully paid for, Travis did not meet the expected lead time I then asked for a refund which he refused but agreed that I could sell the kit to another and he would ship it to them ( have it in writing). I paid for the kit in full, there is no balance owing. I have told Travis that if the kit is not shipped by Wednesday that I will be calling authorities and will be suing for breach of contract.

So why is Travis not shipping is the kit is paid in full? He must have a reason right and not just "I don't feel like it".

No idea, I've been contacting him non stop and I'm sure he's tired of the calls and emails and maybe doing it out of spite? No idea but I'm fed up with it. he's constantly on Instagram and I've made multiple accounts to message him there but just blocks them.

Tbh.. Your best bet is to go to court.
Its a pain but I don't really see how anything else will help.

Or if paid VIA paypal and want to get refunded.. Maybe start a dispute on Paypal to atleast get your money back for the items not being received.
