1yr of delays with hellhorse performance...

wondering if anyone else has ran into an issue with hellhorse performance... a year ago I ordered an ESS supercharger from them, and went 6 months with no supercharger and getting the runaround from them. they said it was ESS that was backed up and it was out of their hands. when i finally decided to cancel the order and move on with a different company, they said they would cut me a deal on their twin turbo kit that would only take 2 weeks to build and then get everything sent out and said it would be much quicker than the superchagrer beause they do it in house blah blah blah. i went forward with it, and here we are 8 months later, constant calling and texting with no turbo kit. it took about 6 months to get anything at all, now i have about half the pieces, the other half i keep calling and texting and getting the same runaround just like before. its just been a year of excuses and i dont know what else to do at this point. just want to know if anyone else has ran into this kind of issue with hellhorse performance or maybe advice on what to do moving forward because quite frankly im losing patience here... thank you in advance!
