Got the BAP today.

Did you ever get tracking for injectors. I am wondering if this stuff coming to you so is done on purpose because you started this thread. Us Mustang guys talk behind the scenes and your kit should already been installed and you enjoying it is just the opposite. Good luck

After he called me asking for a turbo kit, wasted my time, and gave me some lame excuse about how his wife was mad that he was buying a kit. I'm not saying we didn't screw up here, but we fixed the issue and this guy is borderline stalking us now.

I had sub'd this thread for info. I've been watching in the background as you accuse and smear BW with conspiracy theories and speculation of wrongdoing. WTF are you, the parts police? So self-righteous and uppity. You're complaining more and making a bigger fuss than the actual guy who paid for a kit and has been waiting for MONTHS. The issues are all out in the open between this thread and the other. Travis is clearly doing the best he can to remedy. WTF do people think, he doesn't want the business??? Ridiculous. I have ZERO affiliation with BW or Travis, but felt like something should be said in defense.

I've never seen a mod before! Shit just got real!

At any rate, can we get an idea of what is drop shipped and what is within your control? Maybe that will clear some things up.

I am assuming anything you do not fabricate is drop shipped. So for the tuner kit it is intercooler, turbos and wastegates...

Also understanding the order process may help. This is how I was notified of my PC Kit

Example:

- Placed order 2.26
- Notification of PC delivery is 2 weeks out
- Injectors on order expected delivery 5-7 days Drop Ship - Tracking number received w/in two days
- BAP on order expected delivery 10 days Drop Ship - Tracking number received w/in 3 days
- Thermostat expected delivery 5 days direct fulfill - tracking number received next day

All I am saying is over communicate!!

Itll save you the 3rd party nonsense and Travis the name being trashed too.

It does kill me you are not out enjoyimg the kit on the car.

A lot of this thread is people asking for status updates, and then OP not having a status and that fuels speculation. Some things are easy fixes, such as "order shipped, here is tracking number". For more complex things, such as a labor problem, that can be handled by simply saying there is delays and technical difficulties. We don't need to know the why information. And then offering a refund, or else discounts or upgrades for those that patiently wait.

To the OP, Hopefully this ends well and you are up and running soon. Torque seems to solve problems when it is sucking you into your seat. LPF has a great reputation for delivering to their customers on time and making power. I ordered a week ago so should have kit wishing 3 weeks.
