If you are not going to tune it trade in for a gt.
Nope, too much for insurance. And 260 rwhp is still more than enough to have fun with. I can break the rear end loose more than my brothers automatic 5.0. Plus I like turbos.

Drove around on the stock tune for a week after a dealer visit. I thought, 'Holy shit how did I drive this thing around like this for months!?'

Imo the car stinks from the factory not gonna sugar coat it The car is not fun to drive. I guess it is decent for what it was designed for which is an economy car that looks nice.
Right, being just as fast as a GT from 6 years ago in a 4-banger is just total crap and makes it an economy car....

Why does everyone conveniently forget this when talking about the 4-banger?

Because your comparing it to cars that are 6+ years old it doesn't really mean much...even the v6 is faster then those older GT's

This car is hardly an economy car. Just like the GT is not a formula one race car.

My car has been stock for the year I've had it so far, and I like it. I don't have much experience with fast cars so i really don't have anything to compare it to, but i like it stock, its plenty fun.

Actually, yes it does. Half the cylinders and half the liters really says something about Ford's progress for such a short time ago (one generation, ONE).

It felt like mine pulled harder with the MBRP Race without a tune, but that could have been in my head.

I ended up taking it off though, that thing had some serious drone (it sounds great aside from that).
Do you still have it? Perhaps to sell it off?

Yes, its in my garage. Yes I plan on selling it (it was only on the car for about 2k miles), just haven't got around to posting it yet.
