Hearing all these issues with the threads getting stripped is worrying me a little about trying to install this on my own. Lol
I too could not get the drivers side CB005 bracket to line up. I have wiggle room but I need a 2nd pair of hands to hold the cradle (with a pry bar) in place so I can thread in the bolt straight & proper. I got to hand tight the passenger side about 6 turns so I believe that bolt was GTG. Of course the high heat & humidity out here in the SoCal high desert did not help one bit today.

Gonna have to try again some other day.

You recommend using a decent amount of antisieze on the bolts?
Just a light coat at most really... shouldnt need any but I used some to reduce friction resulting from my misalignment.

Just out of curiosity, I wonder how one would replace the nutplate that those bolts thread into if you happened to cross thread one beyond repair??

yea i was just trying to do some, preventative research, this will make the third time i've dropped my craddle, the first two times were to do all the steeda mods and I did the alignment sleeves the last time I dropped it and when i put the last bolt in last time it didnt feel to great going in. Im about to drop it again and replace all the steeda stuff with BMR aluminum diff bushings, and the delrin cradle bushings along with the RCLA bearings. Hopefully this will be the last time i drop it, I just hope that nutplate on that front cradle bolt isn't beyond repair when i pull that bolt back out.

Does anyone have any tips for getting the factory cradle bushings out of the cradle? I did the diff bushings this morning and it was a PITA.

My factory cradle bushings do not have open areas to get a sawzall blade into to cut, they are solid in the middle. I am not debating on only doing the diff bushings and keeping to factory cradle bushings to avoid the hassle.
