BMR CB005 on a convertible?

So I want to reduce the wheel hop on my convertible GT, and the cradle bushing lockout kit looks cheap and easy, and doesn't sound like it has any major drawbacks.

But it says this at the bottom:

***NOTE: This product does not currently work on Convertible models, unless you install it without the fore-end lower cradle braces.***

What does that mean? Anyone actually have this on a convertible?

Hi,

It just means that the two braces that come with the kit cannot be used. You would need to simply use everything in our kit, except the two fore side braces / instead of using those fore end braces you would use the OEM Plates.

Even without the BMR Braces, the kit works very well. :cheers:

Which pieces are the "fore end braces"?

Seems like a pretty important part of the kit.

Any chance you sell the kit without it? Can't imagine that's not a significant part of the cost.

It is pretty important - but the kit still works very well without them, I promise.
