BMR CB005 missing parts?

I have a 2019 mustang gt and i ordered a BMR CB005R from American Muscle. it only came with two of the black cups in the pictures and installation guide, which shows four. it shows there should be two taller ones and two shorter ones. I contacted American Muscle and they sent another one 5 days later, which is also missing the same two shorter cups. did they update the part to only have two of them? is there supposed to be four?

i can’t. they aren’t open on weekends and this needs to be done before monday morning.

You'll need a set each of thin and thick spacers. The instructions and pretty clear on this installation and YouTube University is also helpful.
