Bluetooth connection issues on base model

Hi all,

Just today I started having issues with my Bluetooth connection. I have the base model radio. As soon as I try to play something through Bluetooth it says phone disconnected. I have unpaired and repaired my phone. I also tried restarting my phone and my car and nothing worked. When restarting my car it just says phone connected and then disconnected right after.

I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue. I've already checked on ford's website for an update but it said the latest sync 5.8 version was already installed before I bought the car.

I didn't realize there were so many threads on this in the infotainment section. Found the solution. Just used sync master reset and it started working again.
