Bluetooth Connection Issues/ USB issues

The Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my phone. I have had this issue before and it was fixed by resetting the sync. It is not correcting the issue this time.

This happens on both my Mustang and on my Ford Edge, both with sync3. Very intermittant. Some trips no problem. Other times, it disconnects every few minutes. I have complained about this to Ford, but not holding my breath...

My 2016 has the base Synch system, not the Synch 3. Mine used to do the same thing every 3-4 months. The reset through the stereo didn't help; I had to pull the fuse to reset it. I can't remember which fuse; search and you'll find it. But I installed an update to Sync a while back, and I haven't had that problem since.
