So I was driving yesterday and for no reason Sync Media disconnected from my Galaxy Note 5 while I was listening to Spotify. Ever since no matter what I do every time I try to listen to my music it will disconnect again. I have done master reset, default settings, disconnected and unsynced both the phone and car from each other and still can't get it to stick. I had this happen once before about 4 months ago and saw a procedure in here on fixing it and it worked but I can't for the life of me find that post again or remember the steps so........ :help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help:

This is quite common. It happens to me about every 6 weeks; Ford has told me it's "normal" (awesome job, guys). It's common to all Ford models that share the Sync module, too.

Either pull the negative battery cable for 10 seconds or so or crawl underneath the passenger side dash and pull out fuses 32 and 33 from the fuse block there and then re-seat them. You'll need needle-nose pliers for this.

Great job, Ford.

Much easier to pull the neg battery than contort yourself in to the wheel well
