Bleeding brakes no pads

waiting on my front brake pads for my brembo upgrade. Everything installed waiting on pads. I have motive brake bleeder can I bleed the brake without front pads?

Put a block of wood in place of the pads so the pistons don't pop out & bleed till your heart's content. You might have up retract the pistons a bit to get the new pads in.
