I'm having my front calipers powdercoated so that meant I had to disassemble them completely which will leave ALOT of air in the lines and calipers themselves when I reassemble and put them back on the car.

Any tips for getting all the air out AND should I wash them after getting them back from the PC to remove any sand or glass beads that may have gotten in the fluid cavities inside the calipers during powdercoating??

If they didn't cap the holes then yes I would take the pistons out and fully clean the bore making sure there is no contamination in the bore.
Getting all the air out is a matter of bleeding the calipers.
When I did mine on the RX-8, I basically opened the bleeder valve and let gravity slowly fill the calipers first and then close it.
Attach a clear hose to the bleeder valve.
1. Then get someone sit in the car and press on the brake pedal.
2. Open the valve and watch for fluid to come out.
3. Close valve and tell the person to release the pedal slowly all the way.
Repeat step 1-3 until no bubbles are seen in the hose.
Also always start from the furthest caliper in this case would be the rear passenger side, then rear driver side, then front passenger side, then front driver side.
Have the correct fluid ready. You can mix DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 but not 5.
When you install the brake line, make sure you have new copper crush washers ready, Reusing old washers is not worth the cost and effort because it will never seal properly and can suck air back into the calipers when bleeding.
You might want to rebleed them after 100 miles of driving because sometimes air bubbles like to cling on surfaces.

Check that out. Quick and easy and will save you some cleanup and headaches. There are a few other good videos on YouTube about bleeding tour brakes.
